·               Managed a team of 10 Web developers/designers for the iBilling services for the eCharge client.  Delivery included web hosting and development of billing data acquisition and bill presentment where consumers or merchants viewed and paid bills over the Internet.  This was a very complex project with numerous interfaces to EDS’ mainframe systems that handled the financial transactions for the Federal Reserve, credit bureau interfaces. Project Manager for AT&T Residential Billing, Dallas, TX

·               Managed multiple development projects for the AT&T Residential Billing Account including Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable systems.  Projects were multi-platform solutions including both Client Server and Mainframe.  Projects included Usage & Fraud Management ($3.5M project with 34 resources, 8 functional systems impacted) and Risk Management for N.Y. Local ($2.7 M project with over 10 resources and 6 functional systems impacted).   All projects managed within the AT&T guidelines of supporting SEI CMMI compliance of Level 2 and 3. 

·               Reduced AT&T’s overall residential fraud expense. The Usage & Fraud Management Project received recognition in Project Compliance based on Best in Class measurements from the IT industry and Project Nomination AT&T Software Quality of Excellence. 

 

Project Manager Continental Airline’s for Unpublished Fare Systems, Denver, CO. 

·               Manager of team responsible for object oriented development of software to create and maintain fare rule and restrictions for Continental’s Unpublished Fare Maintenance system. 

·               Integrated Project Management (IPM) process was utilized to assist Denver Solution Center to reach goal of becoming a level 2 organization for the SEI/CMM initiative.

 

Project Manager for Dow Chemical client, Denver, CO and Midland, MI 

·               Managed a team of 12 developers to create a replacement for the Dow Chemical’s Call Center software application and Mainframe infrastructure. Utilized an Agile JAD/RAD approach for developing, which successfully allowed the users to be involved with designing the UI.  The solution was PC based Call Centre using client server architecture and communications protocol infrastructure along with software development.

·               Responsible for planning, scheduling and task assignments, completing all salary write-ups and team member reviews, negotiating and communicating project status with account and Delivery Manager.

 

Program Manager for Federal Aviation Admin (FAA) client, Herndon, VA, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

·               Managed part of a large International Infrastructure and Software conversion program for the FAA client called CORN (Computer Resource Nucleus). Led a team of 6 project managers and 30 system engineers in Denver, CO to convert the FAA’s Data General Applications to an IBM mainframe environment.  Provided PM consultation for Rio De Janeiro Best Shore projects as part of the CORN conversion program.
